Autumn at Kyu-Furukawa

The roses were not the only colorful thing at Kyu-Furukawa.

Because the trees in the Japanese garden were in full autumn color.

Unlike the rose garden, the Japanese garden had many people enjoying the colorful leaves. Sometimes it was difficult to get photos because of that. Other times, they added nicely to the images.

The scenery surrounding the Japanese tea house was splendid. Sadly it was closed. It would have been wonderful to sit and sip tea there while admiring the colorful trees.

Even the waterfall had to take a backseat to the trees.

It was a lovely day with mostly blue sky and not too cold. I was really glad I decided to revisit Kyu-Furukawa. With this weather, the gardens were beautiful and walking through them was wonderful.
