Seems everyone is having stuff go wrong from little to big. Feels like pedalling a bicycle uphill.
On that note, yesterday I made Tataki Gobi. What's that? The long name is Smashed Burdock tossed in Crushed White Sesame.
I wasn't going to do the Washoku Warrior Challenge for January but decided to try this the other day. A lot of work but turned out decently. Still, I'm not a big burdock fan so this isn't something I will be making again.
