Full Moon Viewing Udon (Tsukimi Udon)

Sadly didn't get to eat this during the full moon, but I still had to try it. Not as easy as it looks, but the egg adds a richness to the soup that is so tasty!

    I made a mini-bento of different type of Inari for my o-tsukimi! I was fortunate enough to attend a local o-tsukimi where I got to see bonzai gardens and have a sake tasting as well as some daifuku.

    hope the moon was nice and bright for you!

    This was a basic udon soup with oyster mushrooms, green onion, fish cake and of course that egg. I like mine simple.
